By using www.skyshilp.in you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The website is operated by SkyShilp Construction India Private Limited, registered at Chaboti Bypass, North Lakhimpur, 787031, Assam, India.
Permitted use
You may use this website to learn about our services, to prepare indicative estimates for your own planning, and to contact us. You may not use it to transmit unlawful or harmful material, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to scrape or republish its content at scale, or in any way that interferes with its operation or with other users.
Calculators and estimates
The estimator suite is provided as a convenience for budgetary planning. Every figure it produces is indicative. It is generated from editable unit rates that are assumptions, not a published schedule of rates, and it does not account for site conditions, soil classification, access, statutory approvals, testing, taxes where not shown, or price escalation.
An estimate produced on this website is not an offer, a quotation, a tender or a warranty, and no contract arises from it. A binding price is given only in a written quotation issued by SkyShilp after a site survey, and a contract is formed only when that quotation is accepted in writing by both parties.
You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it. Nothing on this site is professional engineering, structural, legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, design, photographs, drawings, code and calculator logic on this website are owned by SkyShilp Construction India Private Limited or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, adapt or redistribute the content commercially without our written consent.
Project names, photographs and descriptions are published to illustrate our capability. Where details of a project are marked as awaiting confirmation, they should not be relied upon until published in full.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment, nor that the site will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at North Lakhimpur, Assam shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website, subject to any different arrangement agreed in a specific construction contract.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies.
