Every figure produced by the calculators on this site is a budgetary estimate. It is derived from unit rates that are stated assumptions for Assam and the North-East, is editable by the user, and may not reflect current market conditions.
Estimates exclude, among other things: actual site conditions and soil classification, access and haulage constraints, dewatering, statutory approvals and fees, land, design and consultancy charges, testing, insurance, taxes where not explicitly shown, and price escalation between estimate and execution.
An estimate is not a quotation, an offer, a tender or a professional opinion, and no liability is accepted for any decision taken on the basis of one. A binding price is issued only in writing after a site survey.
