We do not ship goods

SkyShilp Construction India Private Limited is an infrastructure and civil engineering contractor. We do not sell or dispatch physical products, and this website has no shopping cart or checkout. Our deliverable is completed work at a site, together with the records that go with it. This page is published in place of a shipping policy so that the position is unambiguous.

How our services are delivered

1. Survey. We visit the site, take levels and cross-sections and assess access, soil and river conditions.
2. Quotation. We issue a written quotation setting out scope, quantities, rates, assumptions, exclusions and programme.
3. Work order. On acceptance, a work order or contract is executed and any mobilisation advance is agreed.
4. Mobilisation. Crew, plant and materials are moved to site.
5. Execution. Work proceeds with stage-wise quality checks and measurement records.
6. Handover. Joint measurement, as-built records and handover, followed by the defects liability period.

Timelines and the working season

Programme dates are agreed in the contract. Two conditions particular to this region affect them and are stated openly in every quotation:

• The monsoon. Between roughly June and September, river-side sites in Assam are frequently unreachable or unsafe. Programmes assume lost calendar time in this window — our own planning default is sixty days.
• River conditions. Anti-erosion and embankment work depends on water level and bank stability. Work may be suspended on safety grounds and resumed when conditions permit.

Where a delay is caused by flood, force majeure, delayed statutory permission, delayed client decisions, or a site condition materially different from that represented to us, the programme is extended by agreement.

Where we work

We work principally in the Lakhimpur district and across Assam, and consider projects elsewhere in the North-East. Distant sites may carry additional mobilisation and lead costs, which are shown separately in the quotation.

What you receive

On completion you receive the completed works, joint measurement records, as-built information where applicable, material test results where testing formed part of the scope, and the defects liability undertaking set out in the contract.
