01  What we build

Six disciplines, one river-country specialism.

Everything we do is shaped by the same conditions — braided channels, soft alluvial soils, and four months of monsoon that decide the working year. Our methods are chosen for that ground, not borrowed from somewhere drier.

Brahmaputra Riverbank Restoration

Anti-erosion protection to a scoured reach of the Brahmaputra system: bank re-profiled to a stable slope, geotextile filter laid, and a geo-bag revetment with a launching apron placed to hold the toe through high water.

Rural Connectivity Road, Phase II

A village link road carried through soft alluvial ground — subgrade prepared and compacted, granular sub-base and macadam laid to profile, with cross-drainage sized for the monsoon rather than the dry season.

Majuli Flood Embankment Project

Embankment works on the world’s largest river island, where every metre of section is placed against a moving channel: borrow managed on site, fill compacted in layers, and both slopes turfed before the season turned.

04  Safety & quality

Everyone who arrives on site goes home from it.

A great deal of our work happens in and beside moving water, often at the edge of a flood season. That makes safety a matter of method rather than posters: the sequence of work, the state of the plant and the condition of the bank are all checked before a crew is asked to step onto it.

On site
Toolbox talk before each shift, personal protective equipment issued and enforced, and a named supervisor accountable for every working face.
In the water
Buoyancy aids, tethered working, and a stop-work rule when the flow, the visibility or the bank condition changes.
Quality
Level and cross-section checks before covering up, material tested against specification, and stage-wise records kept for the client’s engineer.

05  How we work

Five stages, from first survey to defects liability.

STAGE 01

Survey & assessment

Site visit, levels, cross-sections and a read of the channel behaviour. Nothing is priced before the ground is understood.

STAGE 02

Design & estimate

Sections and quantities worked up, priced against current rates, and issued as a formal quotation with the assumptions written down.

STAGE 03

Mobilisation

Crew, plant and materials brought to site with the working season in mind — the calendar, not the contract, decides what is possible.

STAGE 04

Execution & QA

Work carried out to drawing with stage-wise checks, measurement books maintained, and progress reported to the client’s engineer.

STAGE 05

Handover & maintenance

As-built records, joint measurement and handover, followed by the defects liability period and any agreed maintenance.
